Dokness produziert für „Story Time“

We’re thrilled to be part of “Story Time,” KiKA’s new documentary series. The series follows children on their personal journeys and tells their stories from their own perspective—with genuine emotions, challenges, and the big question: Will they make it?
For the new series, we’re producing “I’m Surfing My Way Back to Life!” Our writer, János Kereszti, follows 11-year-old Mattis, who wants to regain confidence in his own body after a life-threatening illness and a stem cell transplant. To do so, he takes on a special challenge on the island of Sylt: surfing.
For us, “Story Time” is exactly the kind of documentary storytelling we love: close to young people, honest, emotional, and without glossing over the difficult moments.
We’re thrilled to be part of the launch of this new KiKA brand with our production—and to work together to tell stories for a young generation that has something to say.
